🔥 (PLEASE READ) 🔥 🚫NO LARGE GROUPS🚫 👥NO RESERVATIONS👥 I just wanted to leave some info here since I know the owners and can confirm what I say is true. 1. This is NOT a fast food place, like a lot of local restaurants here we are short on employees and make everything on a first come first serve basis, therefore don't expect zippy service and/or "cheap" prices. 2. Because of what I said before we DO NOT accept large groups, no more than 14 do we usually accept and have the the right to decline service to ANYONE. 3. We also DON'T​ accept ANY form of reservation you can call ahead just to see if we're busy but we CANNOT hold a table for you. 4. This Seaside Mazatlan DOES NOT have a website or publicly put our menu online so if you see one we can not confirm that it is correct in terms of price or items, also every Mazatlan is DIFFERENT. 5. If it says we close at a certain time in this case 8:45 PM most days we mean it! Please don't be those guys that arrive minutes before we close because that is incredibly rude and we will most likely just send you back home, remember we reserve the right to decline service to ANYONE. 6. NO outside food or drinks ALLOWED no exceptions! 7. NO delivery service available. Finally I just want to add that you please give this a thumbs up so that more people can see this and not have to read many of the biased reviews that uninformed people have posted. Tasty fresh and fast. We were seated almost a breath after walking in and they took our order just as we were ready. The food was prepared with care and quality. Definitely a good choice when you are in the area. Smiles all around with a relaxing atmosphere. Just wanted to mention it’s a very simple menu easy to navigate the traditional Mexican restaurant food.

Terrible experience. Walked in around 7pm on Saturday. Was told we needed to wait for a table even though several were open with settings already out. We were seated pretty quickly and given chips and salsa right away. It took several minutes for our server to come by. She said she could take our drink order now but not our food order. We ordered a margarita and beer. She then took our menus. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks/for anyone to come to our table. We watched other servers deliver food/drinks promptly to other tables, but we hadn't even ordered food. Finally our server returned. She said, "Oh good, they took care of you". We said, no, we hadn't received our drinks and we were leaving. She said, "who took your menus" and we said "you did"! She couldn't find our drink oder in her stack of notes to even cancel our order. Wasted around 20 minutes for no drinks and to not be able to order. Not sure what the issue was, but we won't be going back.

Was Not impressed with this establishment. Most Mazatlans I've been to in this state have excellent food and service. Stopped into this establishment for dinner with my family and self. Ordered some soft drinks and a margarita. The margarita tasted like pure syrup and almost no Alcohol. The people behind us where complaining about thier food. So at this point we decided to ask for our bill and go to another establishment. We then told the waiter when he came to finally take our order that we where just going to have drinks and pay. He then told us that we Had to order something and share it. His establishment was not a lounge and it wasn't legal for him to sell us alcohol without food. I looked at him and told him he was not going to obligate me and my family to buy anything.5 min later he came back and said I want no trouble. I told him give me my bill and I'll gladly pay and leave. I do not recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was satisfying and about average priced. We arrived close to closing but still able to relax and enjoy our meal, baby girl was provided with her own plastic cup to take home 😊
